The Dune Hideaway is our luxury twin tent in Merzouga, designed for two guests who want to share the magic of the Sahara in comfort and privacy. It is recommended for honeymoons and couples, and just as perfect for two friends traveling together.
Some places are meant to be shared with just one other person. Picture the two of you riding out across the Erg Chebbi dunes in the late afternoon, the sand turning from gold to copper as the sun goes down. By the time you reach camp, the lanterns are glowing and dinner is on its way.
After a slow Moroccan dinner and a glass of mint tea under the open sky, you step into your own private tent: a peaceful space with comfortable beds, soft linen, Berber textiles, air conditioning and your own private bathroom. Outside, the only sound is the wind moving over the sand, and far from any city lights, the Sahara sky is filled with stars.
In the morning the dunes are waiting just outside, lit pink and gold by the first light. Breakfast is served, the day is yours, and you leave with a memory that belongs only to the two of you.

The luxury twin tent is 110 euros per tent, per night, not per person. It includes the private tent with bathroom and air conditioning, a traditional Moroccan dinner, breakfast and a camel ride.
Does the tent have a private bathroom and air conditioning?
Yes. The Dune Hideaway has its own private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin inside the tent, and air conditioning, like every tent at our camp.
